개요

전화가 울리고 수신자가 전화를 받으면 정상적인 음성으로 통화가 연결됩니다. 수신자가 전화를 끊으면 전화기는 대기 상태로 돌아갑니다. 그러나 발신자는 계속 통화 상태에 머물러 있으며 통화를 자동으로 종료할 수 없습니다.

 근본 원인

 수신자가 통화를 종료하면 전화기는 통화 종료를 요청하기 위해 발신자에게 BYE 메시지를 능동적으로 전송합니다. 전화기는 이전에 수신한 메시지의 VIA 헤더에 포함된 주소로 요청 메시지를 전송합니다. 일부 네트워크 구축 환경에서는 PBX가 내부 네트워크에 위치하지만 NAT를 통해 공용 네트워크에 매핑됩니다. 이러한 유형의 PBX가 전송하는 SIP 메시지에는 VIA 헤더에 사설 IP 주소가 포함되어 있습니다. 그 결과 전화기가 후속 요청 메시지를 상대 단말에 올바르게 전달하지 못해 통화 종료에 실패하게 됩니다.

 해결 방법

 전화기 설정에서 "Direct Contact" 기능을 활성화하여 전화기가 상대방의 Contact 헤더에 지정된 주소로 요청 메시지를 직접 전송할 수 있도록 합니다. 아래 단계를 따르십시오.

전화기의 웹 인터페이스에 로그인한 후 시스템 > 시스템 구성으로 이동하고, 마우스 오른쪽 버튼을 클릭하여 링크를 다른 이름으로 저장...을 선택한 다음 구성 파일을 config.txt로 저장합니다.

 config.txt 파일을 열고 Ctrl+F를 사용하여 키워드 Direct Contact를 검색합니다. SIP1 Direct Contact :0SIP2 Direct Contact :0 값을 각각 SIP1 Direct Contact :1SIP2 Direct Contact :1로 변경한 다음 파일을 저장합니다.

 전화기의 웹 인터페이스에 다시 로그인한 후 시스템 > 시스템 구성 > 구성 가져오기로 이동합니다. 파일 선택을 클릭하고 수정된 config.txt 파일을 선택한 다음 가져오기를 클릭합니다. 전화기가 자동으로 재시작되어 구성 업데이트가 완료됩니다.
