이 가이드는 전화기에 표시되는 시간을 동기화하는 방법을 설명합니다.

당사의 모든 전화기 모델이 이 기능을 지원합니다(본 문서에서는 X5U를 예로 사용).

사전 요구 사항

① 스위치에 연결되고 IP 주소를 얻을 수 있는 전화기 1대
② 구성용 컴퓨터 1대. 컴퓨터와 전화기 간의 네트워크 통신을 보장하기 위해 전화기와 동일한 스위치에 연결됩니다.

구성 단계

방법 1: SIP 서버에서 시간 동기화

전화기 LCD 화면에서 “메뉴” — “상태”를 눌러 전화기의 IP 주소를 확인합니다.

컴퓨터에서 브라우저를 열고 주소 표시줄에 전화기 IP 주소를 입력하여 전화기의 웹 인터페이스에 로그인합니다.

웹 인터페이스에 로그인한 후 “라인” - “SIP” - “고급 설정”으로 이동하여 “전화기 시간 동기화”를 활성화합니다.
전화기 시간 동기화
SIP 등록을 통해 시간을 동기화할 때 전화기는 서버의 200 OK 응답에 있는 날짜 필드를 시간 기준으로 사용한 다음, 전화기에 구성된 시간대에 따라 조정하여 표시합니다. SIP 시간 동기화가 활성화되면 SNTP 및 DHCP 시간 동기화가 자동으로 비활성화됩니다. 이 방법은 SIP 서버가 200 OK 응답에 날짜 필드를 포함해야 합니다.

방법 2: 네트워크 시간 동기화

전화기의 웹 인터페이스에 로그인한 다음 “전화기 설정” - “시간/날짜”로 이동하여 아래 그림 1과 같이 설정을 구성합니다.
SNTP를 사용한 시간 동기화는 “주/보조 시간 서버 주소”를 구성하는 것을 의미합니다. 이는 IP 주소 또는 도메인 이름으로 설정할 수 있습니다. 시작 후 전화기는 기본 서버에 현재 시간을 쿼리합니다. 기본 서버가 응답하지 않으면 자동으로 보조 서버로 전환됩니다. 작동 중에 전화기는 주기적으로 시간을 업데이트합니다. 이 방법은 SNTP 서버 주소가 사전 구성되어 있어야 합니다.

방법 3: DHCP를 통한 시간 동기화

전화기의 웹 인터페이스에 로그인한 다음 “전화기 설정” - “시간/날짜”로 이동하여 아래 그림 2와 같이 설정을 구성합니다.
이 방법을 사용하려면 “SNTP 시간 동기화 사용”이 활성화되고 네트워크 모드가 DHCP로 설정되어 있어야 합니다. 이 모드에서 전화기는 시작 시 DHCP를 통해 IP 주소를 얻습니다. 서버의 ACK 응답을 받으면 옵션 42에서 SNTP 서버 주소를 읽어 “주/보조 시간 서버 주소” 필드에 쓴 다음 SNTP를 통해 시간을 동기화합니다. 이 방법은 DHCP 서버가 옵션 42를 지원해야 합니다.
