원인 분석

수신 통화 중 전화기에 표시되는 정보는 PBX에서 보낸 데이터에 따라 달라집니다. 전화기는 PBX가 제공하는 필드를 단순히 표시하므로 PBX 설정이 잘못되면 발신자 ID 정보가 비정상적으로 표시될 수 있습니다.

해결책

1단계: 발신자 ID 헤더 필드 설정

전화기의 웹 인터페이스에 로그인한 후 "회선" -- "고급 설정"으로 이동합니다. "발신자 ID 헤더"를 FROM 으로 변경한 다음 설정을 제출합니다.

2단계: 표시 이름 우선 순위 설정

전화기의 웹 인터페이스에 로그인한 후 "전화 설정" -- "기능 설정" -- "기본 설정" -- "표시 이름 우선 순위"를 SIP 표시 이름-전화번호부-LDAP로 변경한 다음 설정을 제출합니다.

참고:
전화기에서 발신 통화를 할 때 이름이 항상 표시되지 않을 수 있습니다. 이 기능을 활성화하려면 발신 번호가 로컬 전화번호부에 저장되어 있거나 전화기에 LDAP 전화번호부가 구성되어 있어야 합니다.
전화기에 표시되는 이름은 PBX 측에 등록됩니다. 변경해야 하는 경우 PBX에서 관련 설정을 업데이트하십시오. 아래 그림과 같이 PBX는 FROM 필드에 발신자 표시 이름을 8806으로 보내는 반면, SIP 발신자 번호 필드는 8806입니다. 1단계와 2단계는 전화기가 각각 FROM 필드와 SIP 필드에서 값을 읽도록 지시합니다.
